How does it work?
When you onboard with our CTO for Hire program, we'll work with you to match you with a primary CTO (one of our senior team members) who will be the centralized point of contact for our work together. You and your primary will meet regularly (once a week in most cases), and discuss the projects you're working on to set high-level direction.
However, you're not limited to just the services of this one person. Depending on the package chosen, we'll also connect you with other team members who are experts in specific areas for implementation as needed. It’s an entire master team at your fingertips, for the price of a part-time junior employee.
We've pre-designed three packages with different combinations of services to meet a variety of needs — email us to request a copy. Like everything we do, customization is the name of the game, so we're happy to tailor a package to meet your needs — just ask.

What if my needs change?
You can upgrade at any time, and you can downgrade/cancel at any time as well - we just ask for 30 days’ notice so we can reallocate time to other clients.
I really want to work with a specific person. Can I request them?
In most cases, we’ll be able to accommodate requests for a specific CTO as your primary contact. If we can’t for some reason, we’ll let you know right away.
