We have a multi-pronged giving approach that puts our team members in charge of choosing the causes that speak to them. Here are a few of the ways we give back:
Paid hours for each team member to contribute to volunteering for charities of their choice

Quarterly donation budgets for each team member to give to the charities of their choosing
20% discount on our services for 501(c)(3) organizations
Speaking at schools and inviting students into our workspace
Donations to local charities
